Order Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order only before it has been shipped.

  • Before Dispatch: If your order has not yet been dispatched, you can cancel it at any time. For prepaid orders, a full refund will be issued.
  • After Dispatch: Once the order is shipped, cancellations are not possible. In this case, you can follow the return process after receiving the product.

Note: Refunds for cancelled orders may take 15 โ€“ 25 days to reflect in your account.

Returns & Refund Policy

We want you to love your fragrance, but sometimes things donโ€™t go as expected. Please note the following:

No Returns on Opened or Used Products

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for products that have been opened or used, unless they are damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

  • Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product if it is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • An unboxing video showing the product in its original packaging is required for verification.
  • We will arrange a free pickup for eligible returns.

Non-Delivery Issues

  • If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, contact us within 48 hours of the delivery update.
  • Our team will investigate and provide a resolution within 3โ€“4 business days.

Product Sensitivities

Our fragrances are crafted with the finest ingredients. We recommend performing a patch test before use. Returns will not be accepted due to allergic reactions or sensitivities.

Refund Processing

  • Once a return is approved, refunds will be processed within 5โ€“6 business days.
  • Refunds for prepaid orders will be credited to the original payment method.

How to Initiate a Return or Refund

To request a refund or replacement for damaged, defective, or incorrect products:
