Order Processing

  • Processing Time: Prepaid orders placed before 10:00 AM (IST) on business days are processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 10:01 AM or on Sundays and public holidays are processed the next working day.
  • Order Confirmation & Tracking: Once your order is packed and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email and WhatsApp message containing a tracking number. You can track your shipment through our website, WhatsApp, or by contacting our customer support team.

Delivery Times

Domestic (India):

  • Major cities: 3โ€“4 business days
  • Other regions: 4โ€“7 business days (depending on Pincode)
  • Delivery hours: 9:00 AM โ€“ 8:00 PM, Monday to Saturday. No deliveries on Sundays or public holidays.

International (Outside India):

  • Standard delivery: 7โ€“15 business days (depending on destination)
  • Shipping fee: Flat โ‚น1499 (additional international shipping costs are borne by us)
  • Customs, import duties, or taxes imposed by your country are the responsibility of the customer.

Damages, Missing Items & Delivery Issues

  • Damaged Orders: If your product arrives damaged, contact us within 24 hours of receipt with clear photos or video proof. We will assist with a replacement, refund, or exchange.
  • Missing Items: Notify us immediately if any items are missing from your package.
  • Incorrect Items: Contact us within 24 hours if you receive an incorrect item. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
  • Third-Party Delays: Delivery times may be affected by courier delays, weather, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances. Thefyoom.me is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners.

Special Conditions

  • Incorrect Address: Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. Thefyoom.me is not responsible for delays or lost shipments due to incomplete or incorrect addresses.
  • Unopened Returns: For undamaged items that you wish to return, our standard Return Policy applies.
